Eric G. Levin specializes in Tenant Representation for leasing and sales transactions. In addition to his active role in the firm's Tenant Representation practice, Mr. Levin also represents select Landlords and Develpers in negotiating complex Tenant Leases and Investor Acquisitions. Mr. Levin joined Global Real Estate Investment after an apprenticeship with Norfolk Broker Dianne Fentress where he acquired extensive experience in general real estate matters including property management, land acquisitions and building construction.
From 1999 to 2006, Mr. Levin worked as a Legal Assistant Manager at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher and Flom, LLP in New York specializing in Antitrust, Corporate Governance, and Securities Enforcement and Compliance/Securities Litigation.
Prior to joining Skadden, Mr. Levin worked at Sands Brothers, a prominent Wall Street Investment banking firm.
Mr. Levin has been involved in many public organizations including the Downtown Business Association, the Virginia Realtors Association, The Ghent Business Association and the International Council of Shopping Centers among others.
