Tina L. Sandelli started out as a residential REALTOR in Chicago, Illinois in 1987. She moved back to Virginia Beach in 1991 remaining an active REALTOR until 1995, reinstating her license to active status in 2009.   With her thirst for knowledge and interest in the building portion of the business, she went to work in Residential New Construction for Lawson Homes, a local builder and then on to VIRTEXCO Corporation, a General Contractor, starting out in Production and finally ending up in the Marketing Department in 2001 where she became the Marketing Manager.   Tina has served five consecutive years on the Executive Board for the Virginia Chapter of the Society for Marketing Professional Services from 2001 - 2006. She owns and operates a small gift basket business, Sandelli Gifts, in her spare time.   Tina joined Global Real Estate Investment in July 2007 as the Marketing Manager and Property Manager Assistant to further her growth in the Real Estate Industry.
