As a lifelong resident of Virginia Beach, Virginia, C. Michael Fisher, a graduate of Frank W. Cox High School and Virginia Wesleyan College, has actively pursued a career in Real Estate since 1977. After obtaining his Real Estate Broker's License in 1980, Mike owned and operated a Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Company, Fisher and Associates Realty, where he held Real Estate Broker's licenses in Virginia, North Carolina and Delaware and was primarily involved in site selections, acquisitions of locations, and development of construction, as well as lease negotiations for various national and regional tenants. He has been personally involved in the acquisition and development of over twenty two (22) shopping centers, primarily food/drug anchored, which were located in Virginia, North Carolina, Maryland and Delaware. In addition to commercial shopping center development, Mike has been involved in numerous land transactions for residential development as well as commercial end users. He has been a valuable asset to Global Real Estate Investment, Inc. since 2002 as an Associate Broker and Director of Sales & Development, with Broker's licenses in Virginia and North Carolina.
