Timothy Persons is a retired career Naval Officer and has been active in commercial real estate sales since 1994. He is an experienced real estate auctioneer since late 2002. Tim has a large real estate product experience base including, apartments, businesses, industrial, farm land, development/redevelopment sites, churches, income properties, single family, condos and timeshares. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science from Castleton State College in Vermont and is a 1989 Graduate of the National War College in Washington, D.C. He has served on several community boards. He is a Past President (1999-2001) of the Norfolk Sister City Association and is currently serving on the board (since 1997). Also, he is Past Chairman (2002) of Norfolk International Azalea Festival (A Salute to NATO) and served as a committee member for several years. He has served twice (since 1997) as Executive Board Chairman of First Church of God in Norfolk. He also is an active board member of the Greater Hampton Roads World Affairs Council.
